What you get

✓Onboarding included — freeNo onboarding fee at all. We provision your tenant, guide you through AI-accelerated migration of your documents (you upload into your own tenant — we walk you through it and never hold a copy), configure your workflows and document types, and train your team. On a paid plan this is a one-time fee from $2,500.

✓Installation Qualification included — freeWe execute the IQ protocol against your instance and hand you the signed evidence record — confirming your deployment was installed and configured correctly. On a paid plan this is a separate line at $250/hr, typically 12–16 hours.

✓Your validation packageValidation Plan, SRS, Part 11 traceability, IQ and PQ protocols, and automated OQ evidence — ready to execute against your instance.

✓PQ help at cost, if you want itPerformance Qualification runs your processes, under your SOPs, with your people — so you execute and sign it, and we never can. We do not sell PQ execution, on any plan. If you want help running it we introduce you to an independent validation consultant, billed at their actual hours and passed straight through at cost with no markup. Bring your own consultant instead if you prefer — either way your validation is reviewed by somebody who did not build the system.

Nothing to pay during the founding period — not the platform, not onboarding, not Installation Qualification. The only thing ever passed through at cost is help running your Performance Qualification, and only if you ask for it: an independent validation consultant’s actual hours with no markup, so your validation is reviewed by someone who didn’t build the system, which is what your auditor wants to see. The locked rate follows you, not your tier: as you grow from Starter to Growth you stay on the founding rate rather than list, for as long as you stay continuously subscribed.

How the free period works

No vague “milestone.” A date you can put in your calendar — and nothing is charged by surprise.

Day 1 — your spot is granted

The 60 days start the day we give you the spot, not the day you first enquired. We provision your tenant, migrate your documents, configure your workflows, and train your team — so the clock starts when you can actually use it.

Days 1–60 — run it for real

Full access to every module, free. Put real documents and real processes in and run Indelio as your system of record. Two months is deliberately long enough to complete a full author → review → approve cycle with a second person, which is the only honest way to judge a quality system.

Day 60 — you decide

We confirm with you before anything is billed — then you move to a paid plan at your founding rate, locked permanently. If you walk away instead, your records are yours: nothing is deleted, and you can export your documents, signatures, and full audit history in human-readable form.

Who it’s for

Small medical device, biotech, or CDMO teams — especially if you’re still running quality on spreadsheets or paper, or you’re pre-commercial and facing your first submission or inspection.
