The founding-partner rate is locked for as long as you stay with us — it is not an introductory price that reverts to list at renewal. Limited availability; list price shown struck through.

What counts as a user. A full user is someone who authors, reviews, approves, or closes records — your quality team. A training-only user just reads a controlled document and e-signs their read-and-understand acknowledgment; those are unlimited and free on every plan. So a 40-person company with five people in the quality system needs five full users, not forty.

Onboarding is a one-time fee on every plan and covers provisioning, configuration, migration and training. Additional hours beyond the included block are billed at $300/hour, agreed in advance. Installation Qualification is a separate line at $250/hour. Performance Qualification is yours to execute — we do not sell PQ execution; the protocols are included with every plan.

Covers provisioning your tenant, guiding you through AI-accelerated migration of your existing documents (you upload into your own tenant — we walk you through it, we never hold a copy), configuring your workflows and document types, and training your team. Hours beyond the block are $300/hr, quoted and agreed before any work starts — never billed as a surprise.

IQ confirms your deployed instance was installed and configured correctly — schema and migrations applied, row-level security on every table, the append-only and hash-chain database triggers in force, attachment storage private, scheduled jobs authenticating. Most of it can only be performed by us: it reads the hosting and database consoles, which a tenant on shared infrastructure does not have and should not.

Billed at $250/hr — the same effective rate as your onboarding block ($2,500 ÷ 10 hours, $5,000 ÷ 20) — quoted and agreed after a short scoping call. A typical first qualification runs12–16 hours, so roughly $3,000–$4,000. The only higher rate anywhere on this page is $300/hr for hours beyond an agreed block, because those were never scoped. Part of the protocol is automated and re-runnable against your instance, and that share is growing — as it does, the hours come down.

The IQ and PQ protocols themselves are included with every plan, whether or not we execute anything for you.

PQ demonstrates your processes, under your SOPs, run by your trained people. So you execute and sign it — we never can, and a vendor-executed PQ is worth nothing to an auditor. We do not sell PQ execution. The protocol is included with your plan.

If you want help running it, we can introduce you to an independent validation consultant — billed at their rate and passed through at cost, quoted after a scoping call. Bring your own consultant instead if you prefer; either way your validation is reviewed by somebody who did not build the system.
